About the role
As a UX/UI Designer at Stekz, you'll create visual designs emphasizing aesthetics and usability. You'll transform user research into seamless user journeys and wireframes. You'll develop and iterate prototypes, and maintain design systems with a focus on accessibility.
What will you do?
You'll collaborate with developers on feasibility and quality implementation. You'll conduct stakeholder feedback sessions and leverage AI tools in your workflow. You'll advocate for users while connecting design to business impact.
What we expect
- Proficiency with Figma
- User research methodology experience (interviews, testing, surveys)
- Understanding of interaction design and information architecture
- B2B SaaS design experience preferred
- Experience with complex workflows and data-heavy interfaces
- Knowledge of accessibility standards
- Based in The Netherlands
