The Grassland dairy platform automates the complete trade chain from farmer to buyer. Real-time pricing, contract management and logistics — all in one system.
Grassland is an international dairy trading platform that previously relied on manual processes: price negotiations by phone, contracts via email, and logistics managed in spreadsheets. This led to delays, miscommunication, and missed trading opportunities.
To solve this, we built a fully automated trading platform that digitizes the entire chain:
- Real-time pricing powered by market data, seasonal patterns, and supply-demand dynamics
- Digital contract management enabling one-click transitions from quote to signed contract, with automatic compliance checks
- Logistics integration that automatically plans transport and delivery, connecting all involved parties
- Analytics dashboard providing insights into margins, volumes, and trends for better strategic decisions
As a result, trading cycles have been significantly shortened, contract errors have been virtually eliminated, and revenue has increased because the team can now focus on relationship management instead of administration.
The platform has fully digitized dairy trading for us. From farmer to buyer, everything now runs seamlessly through one system.
