In Poland, homeowners can apply for grants to modernize their heating systems, like replacing a coal heater with a heat pump. However, the process was slow and tedious — requiring manual document submission, signatures, and proof of project completion.

The challenge

In Poland, homeowners can apply for subsidies to modernize their heating systems, for example by replacing a coal boiler with a heat pump. But the process was slow and cumbersome — with manual document submission, signatures, and complex proof requirements. This bureaucratic process was in urgent need of an overhaul.

Our solution

Stekz created a streamlined, end-to-end solution that automates the entire subsidy application process. We built a user-friendly platform where applicants can easily:

Submit applications via an intuitive online form
Generate required documents directly from the system
Verify project completion within one seamless system

Our team also designed various custom icons and visuals from scratch for a fresh, intuitive user experience.
