About this project
Van Vuuren's sales model was heavily reliant on a large sales force and intensive customer training, making it difficult to scale. The complex nature of their product, along with compliance and certification requirements, meant that ordering mistakes could lead to costly production errors.
Stekz provided both consultancy and execution, guiding Van Vuuren through the transition to a new digital system. This end-to-end service ensured a seamless adoption of OpenDoors.
